How do I figure out how much I need?

Currently we only carry dendrobium orchids which are the small florets along a central stem. Availability is year round. They come in bunches of 10 stems. These are a special order item, so we need to know at least a week ahead of time, 2 weeks prior to major holidays. We do not carry the other numerous types of orchids as availability is hit and miss at best.
